Responsibilities
* Attend and complete the required training before starting production.
* Carefully follow the production process and instructions provided by Royal Jewelry.
* Produce bracelets according to the approved sample, design, and quality standards.
* Ensure every bracelet is neatly and correctly made.
* Handle company-provided materials carefully and responsibly.
* Complete the assigned minimum batch of 100 pieces.
* Meet the agreed production deadline for each batch.
* Check completed bracelets for errors, defects, or poor finishing before submission.
* Submit completed bracelets to the designated collection point/company for quality inspection.
* Correct or remake pieces that do not meet the required quality standard.
* Maintain good communication with the company regarding production progress, challenges, and delivery.
* Keep company materials, designs, and production information confidential.
* Maintain reliability, honesty, and professionalism throughout the partnership.
Requirements & Skills
* No previous jewelry-making experience is required training is provided.
* You must be willing to learn the bracelet-making process.
* Ability to follow instructions and company specifications.
* Good attention to detail and ability to produce neat, quality bracelets.
* You should be reliable and responsible and able to meet agreed deadlines.
* Good time management.
* You must be able to maintain the required quality standards.
* Basic handcrafting/beading skills are an advantage, but not compulsory.
* Individuals, family workshops, craft teams and small production groups can apply.
* The work can be done remotely/from home, with materials and samples supplied by the company under the partnership arrangement.

* Must be willing to learn and complete the provided training.
* Must have good attention to detail and be committed to producing neat, quality work.
* Previous beading/jewelry-making experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
