Dispatch Rider Needed in Lekki

Responsibilities: - Pick up customers’ orders promptly and deliver them safely to the address provided by the customer. - Handle packages and customer items with care and ensure they arrive in good condition. - Communicate respectfully and professionally with customers. - Confirm pickup and delivery details before setting out. - Keep customers updated when necessary, especially in case of delays or difficulty locating an address. - Maintain a neat and professional appearance while representing Surelogistics. - Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions. - Handle all deliveries responsibly and ensure proof of delivery where required.

Skills Required Ability to use Google Maps for navigation and finding customer addresses. Ability to ride an electric bike confidently and safely. Good knowledge of Lekki and surrounding areas is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to speak English clearly. Time management — ability to complete deliveries promptly. Basic smartphone skills — comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps, and delivery instructions. Customer service skills — polite, respectful, and professional when dealing with customers. Ability to follow instructions and handle deliveries responsibly. Problem-solving skills — able to handle unexpected situations during deliveries. Attention to detail — ensure the correct package reaches the correct customer and address.

Must live in or stay close to Lekki. Must have two married guarantors who can provide valid identification and verifiable contact details. Previous dispatch/delivery experience is an advantage. Must be experienced in riding motorcycles/electric bikes. Must be physically fit and able to handle daily deliveries. Must have a valid means of identification. Must be smart, responsible, respectful, and trustworthy. Must be able to speak and communicate clearly in English. Must have a working smartphone for Google Maps, WhatsApp, and delivery communication. Must be willing to follow Surelogistics' delivery procedures and customer service standards.
