* Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend styles, treatments, and products. * Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and braiding services, ensuring precision and creativity. * Specialize in various braiding techniques, including box braids, cornrows, and twists. * Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are sanitized. * Stay up-to-date with hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge. * Provide clients with aftercare advice and product recommendations. * Uphold salon safety, hygiene, and customer service standards.

* Proven experience as a hairstylist * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Passion for creativity, detail, and staying current with trends. * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Minimum of 1–2 years of practical experience in hairstyling and hair braiding. Must be skilled in basic hairstyling techniques, including cornrows, box braids, twists, knotless braids, and other popular styles. Must have good knowledge of hair care, scalp care, and proper hair handling. Ability to use hairstyling tools and equipment correctly and safely. Must be neat, creative, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering quality work. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be punctual, responsible, respectful, and professional. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must maintain proper hygiene and keep the workstation clean and organized. Willingness to learn new techniques and keep up with current hairstyling trends. Must be able to work under pressure and manage time effectively. Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required. Relevant hairstyling training or certification is an advantage but not compulsory
