Rider Responsibilities Work is from 7pm to 2am A rider is responsible for picking up and delivering orders safely, accurately, and on time. They must inspect deliveries before departure, ensure items are handled carefully, and follow the assigned delivery routes. Riders are expected to obey all traffic laws, maintain a valid driver's license, and keep their motorcycle or vehicle in good working condition. They should communicate professionally with customers, confirm successful deliveries, and report any delays, accidents, or issues promptly. Riders are also responsible for collecting payments where required, maintaining delivery records, protecting company property, and representing the company with courtesy and professionalism at all times while ensuring the safety and security of all goods in transit.

Requirements and Skills Applicants must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN). Candidates should have good knowledge of local roads and routes and be able to use GPS or navigation applications effectively. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Applicants should be reliable, honest, punctual, and physically fit to carry out delivery tasks. Attention to detail, basic record-keeping skills, and the ability to follow instructions are important. Candidates must be safety-conscious, professional in their interactions with customers, and capable of handling deliveries with care. Previous experience in delivery or logistics is an added advantage but is not mandatory. Applicants should also be willing to work flexible hours when required and maintain a positive attitude while representing the company.
