Responsibilities
Carry out routine inspection, maintenance, and repairs of facility systems.
Diagnose and fix electrical faults, wiring, lighting, sockets, and related installations.
Monitor and maintain generators, air conditioners, electrical panels, and other equipment.
Handle basic plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance.
Coordinate external technicians and contractors when necessary.
Keep records of maintenance activities and report major faults promptly.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards.
Requirements & Skills
Must have electrical experience
1–5 years of relevant experience.
Strong practical electrical and troubleshooting skills.
Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and respond to maintenance emergencies.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience
1 year
