Job Summary – Property Operations & Guest Experience Officer
The Property Operations & Guest Experience Officer will be responsible for the daily management, supervision, and overall upkeep of the five-bedroom duplex. The role involves managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the property is clean, properly maintained, and ready for every reservation.
The officer will serve as the first point of contact for guests on-site, attending to inquiries, requests, and complaints while ensuring a professional and pleasant guest experience. Responsibilities also include conducting routine property inspections, supervising housekeeping, monitoring utilities, managing inventory, identifying maintenance issues, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
The officer is expected to protect the property’s assets, enforce house rules, monitor guest compliance, and promptly report damages, incidents, or operational concerns to management.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum Certification Required:
* SSCE / WAEC / NECO.
* OND or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
* Previous experience in hospitality, facility management, or customer service is preferred.
