Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other communication channels.
* Provide accurate information about our seeds, nuts, healthy food products, prices, and availability.
* Take and process customer orders accurately.
* Follow up on customer enquiries and pending orders to convert enquiries into sales.
Requirements & Skills
Good customer relationship
Basic knowledge of social media and Whatssap business
Good record keeping and basic computer skills
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Minimum of SSCE/OND; additional qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field are an advantage
Minimum Experience
1 year
