BCFL3 Lyse is a lysing reagent used in automated hematology (CBC) analyzers, particularly compatible with several Mindray BC-series analyzers.
Lyses (breaks open) red blood cells (RBCs) so the analyzer can examine the remaining blood cells.
Helps measure hemoglobin (Hb) after red-cell lysis.
Assists white blood cell (WBC) analysis/differential counting by preparing the sample for cell classification.
It is used together with diluent and other reagents during automated CBC testing.
