Classroom Teacher

Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the Nigerian Educational Curriculum Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and instructional materials Teach assigned subjects effectively using appropriate teaching methods Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress regularly Maintain classroom discipline and create a safe, supportive learning environment Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support Mark classwork, assignments, and examinations promptly Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities Communicate effectively with parents/guardians on students’ progress Uphold the school’s policies, values, and professional standards

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently Good lesson planning and organizational skills Basic ICT skills Ability to work collaboratively with other staff Passion for teaching and child development High level of professionalism, integrity, and empathy

Nce (national certificate in education) – minimum requirement or b.Ed / b.A (ed) / b.Sc (ed) in a relevant subject minimum of 1 year teaching experience (fresh graduates may be considered depending on role) sound knowledge of the nigerian curriculum
