Source ordered products from approved vendors and market partners.
Ensure all ordered items are available and meet customer specifications.
Confirm order quantities, prices, and product availability before checkout.
Escalate unavailable items or substitutions to the Operations Team for approval.
2. Product Quality Assurance
Inspect all products before purchase and dispatch.
Verify freshness, cleanliness, authenticity, and overall quality of produce.
Take and submit clear pictures of products for quality assurance and price control.
Reject products that do not meet FeedMe quality standards.
Report quality concerns immediately to supervisors.
3. Market Intelligence & Price Monitoring
Monitor daily market prices of food items and farm produce.
Provide accurate and timely price updates to the operations team.
Track market trends and report significant price fluctuations.
