CO2 Laser Machine Operator (Experienced) | Kosofe, Lagos

Set up and run cutting and engraving jobs • Prepare files and set power, speed and passes for each material • Cut and engrave acrylic, MDF, wood, leather, fabric, paper and card • Set the focus, align the mirrors and keep the beam path clean • Look after the CW5200 chiller: water level, temperature and alarms • Clean the lens, mirrors, bed and exhaust, and keep maintenance records • Check every piece against the approved design • Work safely: ventilation, fire watch, no unattended runs

At least 1 year of real, hands on CO2 laser experience • Confident with RDWorks or LightBurn, plus CorelDRAW, Illustrator or Inkscape • You know material settings and which materials must never be cut • Basic maintenance skills: mirror alignment, lens cleaning, chiller care • Photos of laser jobs you did yourself • Careful, safety minded and punctual • You live in or can reach Kosofe every day
