Sales/Optical Assistant

Welcome and attend to customers professionally and politely Assist customers in selecting suitable frames, lenses, and optical products Recommend products based on customer needs, face shape, style, and budget Promote and sell eyewear, accessories, and other optical products Record customer details, prescriptions, and sales accurately Schedule appointments and respond to customer inquiries Keep the clinic/store clean, neat, and well-organized at all times Arrange and display frames attractively and properly Handle invoices, receipts, and payment records correctly Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction Assist with social media posts, promotions, and customer engagement Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and good appearance daily Work closely with the optometrist and other team members Show initiative during quiet periods by organizing products, cleaning, learning, or supporting business growth Represent the EyeMAC Optics brand positively at all times

Previous experience in sales, customer.       service, retail, or optical practice is an advantage • Applicants living around Magodo/Ojodu/Berger/Ketu/Ikeja axis are preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Smart, presentable, and customer-friendly personality • Ability to confidently recommend and sell products • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn • Basic computer and social media knowledge • Good organizational and recordkeeping • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Honest, reliable, and punctual • Positive attitude and professional appearance • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally • Passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service • Must be proactive and willing to support business growth. • Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, 9am – 8pm • Willingness to learn basic optical procedures and product knowledge • Strong work ethic and consistency, even during slow business periods
