Dispatch Rider Needed

Dispatch Rider Responsibilities Deliver goods and packages safely and on time. Pick up items from customers or business locations. Maintain and take proper care of the company bike. Follow assigned delivery routes and instructions. Confirm successful delivery and collect payments when required. Communicate professionally with customers. Report any delays, accidents, or bike issues immediately. Keep delivery records and provide daily updates.

Requirements & Skills Valid driver’s/rider’s licence. Minimum 1 year dispatch riding experience. Good knowledge of Lagos routes and locations. Must be responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. Good communication and customer-service skills. Ability to use Google Maps/navigation apps. Must have basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Must be physically fit and safety-conscious.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. Valid rider’s licence. At least 1 year riding experience preferred. Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes. Must be reliable, responsible, and physically fit. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
