Responsibilities
Assist in preparing local Nigerian meals and snacks, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times, support the head cook during busy periods, wash and organize cooking utensils and equipment, assist with food storage and stock management, and carry out any other kitchen duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
Candidate must have basic knowledge of Nigerian cooking, strong personal hygiene, ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Prior experience in a kitchen or food business setting is an added advantage.
