My name is Beluchukwu Nwachukwu, a graduate of Home Economics Education with practical experience in store supervision and financial record-keeping. While working at Lagos Airport Hotel, I managed inventory operations, monitored stock movement, ensured accuracy, and supported food safety compliance. That experience strengthened my ability to stay organized, manage inventory efficiently, and collaborate with internal teams.
I’m also the Creative Director of Hena Stitches, a growing ready-to-wear fashion brand. Through this, I’ve developed hands-on skills in sales, customer service, and marketing — from handling orders and client relationships to promoting products and managing delivery timelines. I also lead the brand’s creative direction, blending aesthetics with functionality.
In addition, I currently serve as the Social Media Strategist for a visual production company, where I plan and manage content to increase brand engagement and attract clients. This has deepened my knowledge of digital marketing, storytelling, and audience targeting.
Some of my core strengths include communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and being able to adapt quickly in fast-paced or creative environments. I’m also a very proactive person. For example, while managing inventory at Lagos Airport Hotel, I noticed some stock items were nearing expiry before they were flagged, so I created a tracking system that helped reduce waste and improve stock control.
Being proactive also shows in my fashion brand — I plan ahead for orders, source materials early, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction before they even need to ask.
I enjoy combining structure with creativity, and I believe this balance makes me a strong asset in sales, marketing, customer relations, and inventory management roles — where strategy, communication, and customer care all come together.
