Architect/Builder Required

1. Take charge of the actual execution of building works from foundation to handover. 2. Manage site workers, artisans, and trade subcontractors daily. 3. Inspect construction materials (like blocks, cement, and reinforcement bars) to prevent building failure or substandard work. 4. Oversee day-to-day project timelines and site safety protocols. 5. Create floor plans, 3D models, and blueprints using software like AutoCAD or Revit. 6. Work alongside structural engineers, quantity surveyors, and electrical/mechanical consultants.

1. Ability to calculate loads, design foundations, and work with reinforced concrete or stee 2. Strong grasp of AutoCAD for 2D/3D drawings, plus analysis tools like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAP2000. 3. Capacity to read blueprints, inspect site works, enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) rules, and control quality. 4. Clear communication with laborers and clients, problem-solving on the ground.
