Responsibilities
Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual content (logos, ads, marketing materials, and digital graphics) that aligns with client requirements.
Social Media Management: Develop and schedule social media content, write engaging captions, monitor post performance, and maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients. Answer inquiries, explain design concepts, present drafts, and collect feedback.
Project Coordination: Manage your own workflow to hit deadlines, organize client files, and ensure every project moves smoothly from initial request to final delivery.
Customer Support: Proactively resolve client questions or concerns, ensuring a positive experience throughout the creative process.

Time Management: Highly organized; capable of juggling design deadlines while maintaining a consistent social media posting calendar.

Minimum Qualification Requirements
Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, social media management, or a customer service-related role.
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certificate in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Software Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to use graphic design software ( Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management platforms (Instagram, facebook, jiji, Business Suite).
Communication Skills: Strong command of the English language, including written and verbal communication, suitable for professional client interaction.
