C-Tec addressable deep wall sounders (e.g., BF430A/CX/DR, CA430A/DR/65) are high-output, loop-powered notification devices designed for C-TEC addressable fire systems, featuring deep bases for easy wiring access, integrated short-circuit isolators, and ~103dB(A) sound output. These EN54-3 certified, red IP55/IP65 units support multiple tones and volume levels via DIL switch addressing, providing robust, audible, and visual (if combined VAD) alerts for commercial, industrial, or, with specific models, outdoor environments.
Compatibility: Designed for C-TEC XFP/ZFP (XP95/Discovery protocol) or CAST protocol addressable fire alarm panels.
Installation: Deep base design allows for easier, flexible cable entry (side or back) and is often IP55 or IP65 rated for, say, wet environments.
