The C-Tec addressable fire alarm deep wall sounder flasher (VAD) is a high-output, loop-powered device designed for auditory and visual notification in emergency situations. It is primarily used with C-Tec’s XFP and ZFP analogue addressable panels (using Apollo protocols) or the CAST protocol for newer systems. The "deep base" variant is specifically designed for surface-mounted cabling, providing extra space for wiring. Combined Signaling: Integrates a sounder (audible) and a flashing beacon/VAD (visual) in one unit,, making it highly effective for compliance with fire safety regulations.
Deep Base Design: Supplied with a deep back box (e.g., model BF333CTDR or BF433A/CX/DR) for surface wiring, typically offering IP65 protection for more challenging or outdoor environments.
