As we all know, the role of a customer care representative in any company or organization is very important and musy be taken seriously, because it is a function that determine the success of that organization. The following roles or functions of the customer care representative are:-
1 to create customer to the company and also maintain healthy business condition.
2. Communication - manners of approach is one important thing that is considered when communicating with customers.
3. A customer care representative must be aware that customers are just like a heart of any any company, that without those customers, the company camnot exist. So therefore, that good customer relationship must be maintained for easy going business.
