Mechanical Technician Trainee

This is a full-time, on-site position for a mechanical technician trainee. The successful candidate will undergo a structured two-year internship and practical training programme, designed to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and workplace competencies required for the role. Upon successful completion of the two-year training programme, the trainee will be assigned the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Install, assemble, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment, machinery, and systems. • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. • Diagnose mechanical faults and perform troubleshooting, repairs, replacements, and equipment adjustments. • Conduct routine inspection and monitoring of machinery to identify potential faults and recommend corrective actions. • Maintain and troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication, and other mechanical systems. • Read and interpret engineering drawings,
