Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Electrical Technician Trainee. The successful candidate will undergo a structured two-year internship and practical training programme, designed to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and workplace competencies required for the role. Upon successful completion of the two-year training programme, the trainee will be assigned the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and industrial machines. • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment. • Troubleshoot electrical faults using testing devices (multimeters, insulation testers, PLC diagnostic tools). • Maintain and repair motors, transformers, switchgear, panels, and control circuits. • Interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. • Support automation systems, PLCs, sensors, and instrumentation. • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulati
