Pick up and deliver packages safely and on time. Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and confirmed by customers. Maintain professionalism and good customer service at all times. Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules efficiently. Handle goods carefully to avoid loss or damage. Ensure the motorcycle/vehicle is clean and properly maintained. Comply with traffic laws and safety regulations. Report delivery issues, accidents, or delays promptly to management. Keep accurate records of deliveries, payments, and expenses where applicable. Protect company property, customer information, and company reputation. Wear approved company uniform and identification while on duty. Ensure daily remittance of cash or payment collections according to company policy. Conduct routine checks on the motorcycle, including fuel, brakes, tires, and engine condition. Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification. Valid rider’s permit and driver’s license. Good knowledge of Lagos roads and routes. Ability to ride a motorcycle safely and efficiently. Must possess a smartphone for communication and tracking. Physically fit and able to work under pressure. Previous dispatch/logistics experience is an added advantage. Must provide a guarantor and valid means of identification. Good understanding of traffic rules and road safety regulations. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Minimum of senior secondary school certificate (ssce) or equivalent qualification. A valid rider’s permit and driver’s license are required. Basic ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in english. Previous experience in dispatch or logistics operations is an added advantage.
