Responsibilities
Install, commission, and troubleshoot solar inverter and lithium battery systems.
Provide technical support to distributors, installers, and customers.
Diagnose and resolve on-site technical issues.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical training.
Assist the sales team with technical consultations before and after sales.
Prepare technical reports and maintain service records.
Support new product testing and market feedback.
Requirements & Skills
Experience in solar energy, inverters, batteries, or electrical systems is preferred.
Knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems and energy storage solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to travel within Nigeria when required.
