Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, sales, collections, or financial services is preferred.
Basic understanding of loan products, lending procedures, and financial services.
Proficiency in using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
