Responsibilities
• Content Creation: Brainstorm, script, and shoot engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) and aesthetic photos.
• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Video Editor to bring visual concepts to life and sync up with your fellow Content Creator on campaign strategies.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, viral sounds, and platform updates, adapting them quickly to fit our brand voice.
• Community Management: Engage with our audience daily through comments, DMs, and interactive stories to build a loyal community.
• Scheduling & Curation: Help plan and maintain a visually stunning, organized content calendar.
Requirements & Skills
• Location: Must reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos, and be comfortable commuting to the office twice a week.
• Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X and emerging social platforms.
• On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable being the face/voice of the brand when needed, hosting stories, or participating in fun trend videos.
• Creative Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics, framing, lighting, and what makes visual content appealing.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a desire to bounce ideas off other creatives.
• Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or phone editing apps is a massive plus.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
SSCE, OND, HND, BSc is welcome. Certificate matters least to us. Just be witty, creative and good at what you do.

In this role, you won't just be managing accounts, you will be the heartbeat of our online community.
You will work closely in a highly collaborative environment alongside our Video Editor and Co-Content Creator to brainstorm, shoot, and launch engaging social media campaigns.
Because this is a hybrid role requiring physical presence at our Ikeja office twice a week, proximity to Ikeja is highly preferred to ensure a smooth and easy commute.
