Responsibilities
Onboarding & Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new businesses, merchants, or users onto our platform within your assigned territory. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring they understand how to use our services and resolving their initial complaints. Market Intelligence: Gather and report real-time feedback from the field regarding market trends, customer pain points, and competitor activities. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding and engagement targets set by the operations team. Data Reporting: Accurately log daily field activities, registration details, and territory reports using our mobile tracking tools/applications.
Requirements & Skills
Tech Savvy: Must own an Android or iOS smartphone and be highly comfortable using mobile applications, GPS/maps, and messaging tools (like WhatsApp) for daily reporting. Communication: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently pitch services and handle objections in English and local languages (e.g., Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo depending on the region). Resilience & Hustle: High energy and physical stamina to handle extensive walking or moving around your assigned territory daily. Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and handle difficult customer situations professionally. Locality Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the geography, streets, and commercial hubs of your assigned territory.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Education: ssce / ond / nce or hnd/b.Sc. (prior field sales, activation, or agency banking experience is a major advantage, but fresh, enthusiastic candidates willing to learn are welcome to apply). Documentation: valid means of identification (national id/nin, voter's card, or driver's license).
