Experienced Security Guard Needed

Access Control Verify the identity of residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel. Register all visitors according to estate access procedures. Issue visitor passes where applicable. Prevent unauthorized access into the estate. Maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs. Estate Patrol Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols throughout the estate. Inspect entrances, exits, perimeter fences, parking areas, recreational facilities, and common areas. Identify and report suspicious activities immediately. Ensure estate rules and security policies are observed. Resident Safety Maintain a visible security presence. Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors Support safe movement within the estate. Promote a secure and peaceful living environment. Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of: Visitor entries Vehicle movements Daily patrol activities Incident reports Shift handover notes Lost and found items

Required Qualifications Minimum: O'Level (WAEC/NECO) Preferred: OND HND Bachelor's Degree Professional security training is an added advantage. Experience Previous experience as a Security Guard, Estate Security Officer, or Corporate Security Personnel is preferred. Experience in residential estate security is an added advantage.
