Assist the head baker during daily bread production
Load and unload bread trays from the oven efficiently
Prepare dough, pans, and baking materials
Monitor baking process when required
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the bakery
Requirements & Skills
Minimum 1 year experience working in a bakery
Must know how to load and unload oven trays properly
Physically strong and able to work in a bakery environment
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work early morning or night shift
Minimum Qualification Requirements
School certificate or proven apprenticeship
