Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule daily staff across relevant departments (e.g., front desk, housekeeping, or food and beverage). Operational Coordination: Communicate with other hotel departments (like maintenance or food & beverage) to ensure seamless, personalized guest experiences. Administrative Duties: Monitor guest feedback, track service metrics, and handle shift handovers to assist management with continuous improvement.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer-related role (such as front desk or housekeeping), with previous leadership experience. Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel management systems (PMS) and standard booking and office softwares.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
preferred Education: A high school diploma or equivalent a degree in hospitality management is a distinct advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, outstanding interpersonal communication, and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
