Teach assigned subject(s) and classes (JSS1-SS3) according to the national curriculum and the school’s scheme of work Prepare and submit lesson plans and lesson notes weekly Deliver engaging, learner-centred lessons using teaching aids, practicals, and ICT where available Prepare students for external examinations (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and JAMB where relevant) Set, administer, mark, and moderate continuous assessments, tests, and examinations Record scores accurately and submit results and report card comments on time Analyse student performance and organise remedial or extra lessons for weak learners Keep up-to-date class registers, mark books, and attendance records Maintain discipline and a safe, orderly, respectful learning environment
