Classroom Management* - Keep class safe, clean, and orderly - Manage 25-50 pupils with different abilities - Set rules, settle fights, encourage good behavior without harsh beating *4. Assessment & Records* - Test, examine, record scores in register / diary - Write report cards and note each child's progress - Keep attendance, lesson notes, scheme of work up to date *5. Parent & School* - Communicate with parents about child's progress
