Residential Security Officer

1. Open/close the gate for residents 2. Switch 'on' and 'off' the security lights at the agreed times. 3. Pump water into the water tanks daily, following guidelines laid out 4. Complete entries in the visitors book/issues books. 5. Check the meters and devices installed in the security room/power house. 6. Maintain electrical appliances such as bulbs & generators, check of fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. 7. Support general tasks once a month. 8. Guard the premises and conduct mid-day patrol

1. Must be single and be able to speak Yoruba and English. 2. Must have at least 1 year experience in the job 3. Must be someone willing to learn, be patient, polite and trust worthy 5. Honest individual.

1. Primary school leaver or matured experienced individual with security guard experience who can read and write 2. References required ( one must be previous experience)
