Retail and Sales Assistant

1. Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service. 2. Promote Ofada Arena products and assist customers with their purchases. 3. Process sales, payments, and customer orders accurately. 4. Keep products, shelves, and the store clean, organized, and well-presented. 5. Monitor stock, maintain basic sales records, and report inventory needs.

Female applicant * Minimum of SSCE or OND * Must live around Orogun, Ojo or Agbowo * Previous sales/retail experience is an advantage * Must be able to resume promptly * Must be neat, responsible and trustworthy Skills * Good customer service and communication skills * Basic sales and persuasion skills * Ability to attend to customers politely and professionally * Basic record-keeping and numeracy * Ability to package products and process orders accurately * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Good time management and attention to detail * Basic smartphone/WhatsApp skills for customer communication and order handling
