Breeder Farm Supervisor

Open the pen section on shift, conduct a full walk-through observation before assigning pen workers to tasks. • Supervise all feeding, watering, egg collection, and bird inspection activities, correcting technique in real time where required. • Conduct and log morning and evening headcounts; record any mortality, segregate and properly dispose of dead birds per biosecurity protocol. • Oversee cleaning and disinfection of pens, equipment, and walkways at the end of each shift. • Monitor ventilation settings, lighting timers, and temperature in each house under your supervision. • Ensure pen workers are in full PPE throughout the shift and enforce biosecurity entry/exit protocols Prepare the daily shift report and hand over verbally and in writing to the next Supervisor at shift changeover.
