Customer Care Representative

1.Process customer orders by contacting customers to confirm their orders before packaging and dispatch. 2.Maintain accurate inventory records by tracking and recording all incoming and outgoing stock. 3.Receive new stock by collecting newly arrived inventory from the transport park and ensuring it is properly accounted for. 4.Follow up on pending orders to ensure timely processing, resolve any issues, and keep customers informed of their order status.

1.Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in basic English. 2.Good record-keeping and organizational skills. 3.Must be polite, courteous, and possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. 4.Applicants must reside within or close to the Iwo Road area for easy commuting.

Minimum Qualification: Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 20 and 24 years of age. Gender Requirement: This position is open to female applicants only, in line with the current staffing needs for the role.
