• Precision Grooming: Deliver top-tier haircuts, clean shaves, beard trimming/shaping, and expert hairline restoration for both male and female clients. • Chemical & Hair Treatments: Perform hair dyeing, tinting, texturizing, curling, and specialized scalp treatments. • Client Consultation: Listen attentively to client preferences, recommend styles that suit their facial structure, and cross-sell salon retail products (beard oils, serums, etc.). • Operational Discipline: Maintain absolute punctuality, adhere strictly to scheduled shifts, and uphold professional workplace conduct. • Hygiene & Safety: Ensure your barbing station, clippers, scissors, and towels are meticulously cleaned, sterilized, and organized after every single client.

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of professional barbing experience in a fast-paced, reputable salon environment. • Technical Mastery: Advanced mastery of clippers, razors, and scissors (fades, skin cuts, dreadlock maintenance/relocking are highly valued). • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal communication and excellent customer service skills.
