Whether handling complaints, providing product information, or guiding a frustrated customer to a solution, I always strive to remain calm, listen actively, and respond with clarity and empathy.
In my previous roles, I helped reduce customer churn through timely follow-ups and maintained a track record of professionalism even under pressure. I take pride in making customers feel heard, respected, and confident in the service they receive. These are not just skills they’re values I carry into every team I join.
