Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations efficiently. Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate physical and digital records. Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other official documents. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and team schedules. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally. Provide administrative support to management and the coaching team. Ensure office supplies and equipment are properly managed. Maintain confidentiality of company and client information. Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely execution. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent documentation, record-keeping, and filing skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining professionalism. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to continuous learning. Previous administrative experience is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
A minimum of higher national diploma (hnd), or bachelor's degree (b.Sc.) in any discipline from a recognized institution. Previous administrative experience and proficiency in microsoft office applications will be an added advantage.
