• Draft and develop patterns based on designs and measurements. • Take accurate client measurements and make necessary adjustments. • Cut fabrics according to drafted patterns. • Sew and construct garments to a high standard. • Interpret sketches, reference images, and design concepts. • Make fittings and alterations to ensure proper garment fit. • Ensure clean and professional finishing on all garments. • Work with different fabrics, designs, and garment styles. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace. • Complete assigned garments within agreed timelines. • Collaborate with the fashion team to ensure designs meet Ferique Fashion’s quality standards.

• Must have proven experience as a female tailor. • Must be able to draft patterns from scratch. • Must be skilled in accurate body measurements and pattern adjustments. • Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques. • Must be able to work with different fabrics and styles. • Good finishing and attention to detail. • Ability to interpret fashion designs and bring them to life. • Must be creative, neat, and quality-conscious. • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. • A strong eye for fit, proportion, and detail.
