ST2-20 Hydraulic Block Making Machine
The Steel Builders ST2-20 is a powerful hydraulic block-making machine designed for efficient production of concrete blocks and interlocking stones. It is powered by a 10HP electric motor with a 6HP vibrator, providing strong hydraulic pressure and effective vibration for proper concrete compaction and consistent moulding.
The machine can mould 2 pieces of 9-inch blocks, 3 pieces of 6-inch blocks, or 8 pieces of interlocking stones per cycle. It has an approximate production capacity of 1,500–2,000 blocks per day, depending on working hours, operators, material quality, and production conditions.
