Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in and online customers professionally
• Assist customers in selecting outfits and styling options
• Process orders and manage sales transactions
• Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone
• Maintain proper display and organization of the store
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Requirements & Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion and styling
• Sales experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of social media (especially Instagram & WhatsApp Business)
• Good organizational skills
• Must be reliable and customer-focused
Minimum Qualification Requirements
• minimum of ssce (waec/neco) or equivalent
• prior experience in customer service or retail sales is a must
