Responsibilities
*Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing information about our media production services *Provide detailed information about our products and services, including technical specifications and production processes *Process orders for media production services and handle any returns or exchanges *Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring client satisfaction *Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, including project details and client feedback Collaborate with other departments, such as production and marketing, to ensure client needs are met *Assist with marketing and promotional activities, such as creating content for social media or email campaigns *Perform other duties as assigned, including assisting with client onboarding and training
Requirements & Skills
*High school diploma (High School (S.S.C.E) or equivalent; *Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in the media or entertainment industry *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients *Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities *Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software *Knowledge of the music industry and media production processes is a plus
