JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum. - Teach assigned subjects effectively and ensure students understand key concepts. - Prepare lesson notes, classwork, assignments, tests, and examinations. - Assess students' academic performance and provide constructive feedback. - Maintain proper classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. - Monitor students' academic, social, and behavioural development. - Keep accurate records of students' attendance, assessments, and academic progress. - Encourage students to participate actively in classroom activities. - Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management. - Participate in staff meetings, school activities, examinations, and other assigned duties. - Communicate professionally with parents/guardians when required. - Support the school's academic and moral development programmes.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS - Minimum qualification: B.Ed or NCE for Primary School Teachers. - Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience for Primary School positions. - Candidates for College positions should have relevant qualifications and strong knowledge of their subject area. - Ability to teach effectively and communicate clearly with students. - Excellent classroom management and organisational skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for teaching and commitment to students' academic development. - Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments, tests, and examination materials. - Patience, discipline, creativity, and a positive attitude toward students. - Ability to work effectively as part of a teaching team. - Candidates residing around Idimu, Ejigbo, Orisunbare, Liasu Road, Agodo, Governor's Road, or Isheri are preferred. - Must be responsible, punctual, professional, and committed to the school's values.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION - NCE or B.Ed in Education or a relevant subject. - 2–3 years minimum teaching experience for Primary School Teachers. - For College Teachers, candidates should possess a relevant NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc., B.A., or equivalent qualification in their teaching subject. - Candidates must demonstrate good knowledge of their subject and strong classroom teaching ability.
