Customer Service Duties

3.Provide product/service information: Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
4.Process customer orders: Manage orders, including processing payments and handling returns.
Administrative Duties
1.Data entry and management: Enter and maintain accurate customer data, orders, and other business information.
2.Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for management and staff.
3.Managing emails and correspondence: Respond to general emails, forward emails to relevant departments, and maintain email records.
