Qtj4-40 block Forming machine is one of the well sold models of our factory. This machine is very easy in operatng.For this machine ,a large reductor of high quality is equpped,its key rotary parts are changed into bearings,thickened square steel frame is used and wear resisting material is adopted for its inside sleeves for directional positioning for four guiding columns so that the service life of this machine can be largely prolonged. A special super strong vibrator with large capacity is used.The block products manufactured with both pressing and vibrating forces from upper and bottom are high in density and good in strength.This machine is an ideal equipment for medium and small sized block manufacturers.
Our block moulding comes with 3 sets of mould: interlocking, 6 inches mould and 9 inches mould
