Driver/Dispatch Rider

Ensure the prompt pickup and delivery of pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and customers. Verify delivery contents, obtain delivery acknowledgments/signatures, and collect payments or cheques where required. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned vehicle or motorcycle. Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate delivery logs and relevant documentation. Handle sensitive and temperature-controlled pharmaceutical products with care. Provide courteous and professional customer service during deliveries. Assist with the safe loading and unloading of products. Report accidents, mechanical faults, or delivery issues promptly. Carry out other duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.

Minimum of SSCE qualification. Valid Rider's Permit (Class A). Minimum of 1–2 years' experience as a Dispatch Rider. Good knowledge of Lagos road networks and routes. Excellent time management and reliability. Basic knowledge of motorcycle maintenance. Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of integrity and responsibility. Experience handling confidential or sensitive packages is an added advantage.
