Applicants must either be a primary school, Biology, Physics, Chemistry or English/Literature Teacher Primary School Teachers Develop lesson plans and teach core subjects (English, Math, Basic Science, Social Studies). Foster social and cognitive growth in a safe classroom environment. Grade assignments and conduct tests. Secondary Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) Deliver curriculum for SSCE (WAEC/NECO/UTME), Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE preparation. Grade continuous assessments. Secondary English & Literature Teach grammar, comprehension, summary writing, composition, and oral English. Analyze prescribed WAEC/NECO, Cambridge Checkpoint and IGCSE literature texts (prose, drama, poetry). Lead co-curricular literary activities like debates, drama, and reading clubs. General Duties Ensure punctuality for morning assemblies and lessons. Assist with school events and uphold professional ethics.

Requirements Residency & Experience Location: Must strictly reside within Alimosho LGA, Lagos (Igando, Ikotun, Egbeda, etc.). Experience: 1–3+ years teaching experience Bonus:proven track record preparing SS3 students for WAEC/NECO/UTME/Cambridge Checkpoint (for secondary roles). Qualifications Primary: HND, NCE, OND, B.Ed, or B.Sc/B.A. (Jolly Phonics/Montessori knowledge is a plus). Secondary: B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or HND in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or English/Literature. PGDE is an added advantage. Key Skills Subject Expertise: Strong grasp of curriculum or text analysis (English). Classroom Control: Effective discipline and positive engagement for pupils and teens. Pedagogy: Ability to prepare schemes of work, lesson notes, and visual aids. Communication: Excellent spoken/written English and professional parent-teacher interaction.

Minimum Qualification Requirements 1. Academic Qualifications Primary School Teachers: Minimum: Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND). Preferred: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), B.Sc. (Ed), or B.A. (Ed). Secondary Teachers (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, English/Literature): Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in the specific discipline or related subject (B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, HND). Non-Education Degrees: A Post Graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is an added advantage for B.Sc./B.A./HND holders. 2. Location & Professional Standing Residency Requirement: Candidates must reside within Alimosho LGA, Lagos (e.g., Igando, Ikotun, Egbeda, Idimu, Ayobo) for direct access to the school site at General Bus Stop, Igando. TRCN Registration: Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification or ongoing registration is an added advantage.
