Responsibilities
Monitor and secure the apartment premises
Control access to the building and open/close the gate.
Attend to tenants and visitors politely.
Patrol the compound and report any suspicious activity.
Keep a daily security log and report incidents to management.
Ensure the gatehouse and compound remain clean and orderly.
Requirements & Skills
Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak and understand English (Yoruba is an advantage).
Alert, physically fit and security conscious.
Punctual and able to work with minimal supervision.
Previous security experience is an added advantage.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a similar security role. Must provide a valid means of identification and at least one guarantor. Candidates living within or close to Shasha, Akowonjo will be given preference.
