Responsibilities
* Welcome and attend to clients in a professional and courteous manner. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and in person. * Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. * Process client requests, applications, and service documentation. * Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships. * Provide clients with accurate information about the company’s products and services. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery. * Prepare periodic reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance. * Support customer retention initiatives and contribute to business growth. * Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or hnd in business administration, marketing, mass communication, public administration, or a related field. * minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. * proficiency in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint). * experience using crm software is an added advantage. * excellent verbal and written communication skills. * strong interpersonal and relationship management skills. * good problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. * ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure. * strong organizational and time management skills. * professional appearance and positive attitude.
Minimum Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or hnd in business administration, marketing, mass communication, public administration, or a related field.
